This Privacy Policy applies to all the products, services and websites offered by FatDisco Ltd (collectively, Fatdisco's "services"). This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect and use personal information related to our services. In this Privacy Policy, references to "we," "our" and "us" refer to FatDisco, while "you" and "your" refer to the FatDisco customer or user.



In order to provide our services, we collect the following types of information:

Your Name, Your Email, Chosen Username, Secret Password

The following information will only be used with our Team/Admin packages and domain name orders:

Your Address, Your Phone number

Your profile will stay unavailable to the public or third-parties. Any content uploaded by you to FatDisco will be personal, unavailable to the public, unless you choose to share the content with other FatDisco users or publicly share the content with link. Your "display name" which consists of registered Full Name, will be available for sharing content within FatDisco, i.e. other FatDisco users will be able to share content with you if they know your "display name" and are added to your share group. You are solely responsible for safeguarding the secrecy of your password. Your personal information may be used to correspond with you via email, offer software updates, and enable you to communicate, collaborate and share files. We do not in any way sell or distribute our user's personal information of any kind to third-parties.



We use two cookies that contain sensitive information:

If you choose the "remember" option when logging in to FatDisco, the cookie will be used to remember your login details.

If you are logged into FatDisco, your current session ID is stored in this cookie.

All traffic to and from our servers is encrypted.



We do not use any web analytics services like Google Analytics in our user's cloud services.



In order to comply with European data protection directive, all our servers are strategically located in the United Kingdom.



FatDisco is not responsible for content voluntarily made available through public links by you. Sharing of content is solely controlled by the account holder, that is you. If such public links contain content that violate the law or infringe copyrights or trademarks, FatDisco keeps the rights to take down such content. In the event of notice and takedown requests by copyright or trademark holders, FatDisco will notify you to take the necessary action. If no action is taken within 7 days from the notice, FatDisco will block the content to the public.
